Meet The Team
Kristin grew up in Indiana and later moved to Kansas for voluntary service. During his time serving, he met the girl of his dreams and after marrying her, moved to Kansas. Previously, he managed a hardware store, worked construction, and for several years directed a program focused on team building in Southeast Asia. Kristin's quick charm and honesty as well as his genuine interest in folks are evidence of his love of meeting people and building relationships with them. When Kristin clocks out at the end of the day, he looks forward to reading, spending time with his three kids, trying new foods, and almost any competitive sport.
Pauline was born and spent her early years in Kansas. Her family moved to Wisconsin and later to upstate New York, but as an adult she returned to her home state. She enjoys one-on-one time with friends and writing about everyday experiences. For Pauline, interacting with clients, answering their questions, and helping them find what they need is the most fun part of her job.

Nathan spent most of his growing up years in Texas before moving to Kansas. Here he met and married his church youth group crush, and now lives happily together with his wife and little girl. Some of his hobbies include: playing the guitar, exercising, playing volleyball, smoking meats, learning new things, and working with his hands. He enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and especially his girls.
Adam grew up on a farm in West Texas. He worked previously as a private school teacher and has a real passion for working with people. When not at work you can find him making YouTube Videos, pursuing automotive photography, or playing volleyball with his friends. Adam loves trying new restaurants and going to local car meets to meet new people and have new experiences.

Jake grew up in Hutchinson Kansas and is an alumnus of Hutchinson High School. He started working in the construction trades at 14 and has since worked 30 years in construction and remodeling. Jake likes to spend his free time playing disc golf and camping with his wife and 4 children. In the future, he hopes to have a self-sustaining homestead on the family farm.
Darrel Bontrager was raised on a small farm in Indiana. In 2006 he moved to Kansas where he taught school for a number of years. Since their marriage in 2011, he and his wife Karen have welcomed two daughters into their family. Darrel has worked in various branches of The Rock Group off and on for the past 8 years. He is currently applying his services in the maintenance department.

Shane grew up in rural Reno County and loves the Kansas prairie (but not as much as he loves his wife Dorcas and their five children). Chronically afflicted by entrepreneurialism, Shane now knows many things he’s not good at. Assembling and leading great teams makes Shane come alive and love his job! Other interests include choral singing, gardening, snowboarding, and raising cattle, hogs, and chickens on the small farm he bought from his grandfather
Alex was born in Chicago and raised in Arlington, Kansas. He studied biology and performing arts at Hesston College and after graduating, moved to Spain for a year to study history and Language. Going on his seventh year at Rock, Alex has filled a number of roles with the company. His favorite part of his job is running the spring exterior maintenance route. Outside of work he enjoys the outdoors, writing, choral music, and theatre.
